Hi

I dont realy want to start a world-wide discution about Liara romance, but it is your call.
I opened this thread becouse i have one query conserning Liara's Romance contionuation.

I am right now preparing a ME1 praythrought to import, and I;d like to know what I have to do to experience most of Liara's Romance plot.
So before I start playing ME2 on this save I wonder If romancing another person in ME2 would interupt with contionuation of Liara's relationship, of could this be simply talked over with her?
Are there any significant diffrences in such case, or maybe romancing someone else prevents returnig to Liara ?

I am more intersting in general featback rather than spoilers so try to keep them to minimum

if u romance Liara through me1 by talking to her all the time and picking all paragon options you will get the romance subplot. If you go off with someone else in me2(sleep with them before relay) you cant continue it.

OP please do not listen to the person above, you can continue the relationship with Liara (through the Lair of the Shadow broker dlc and ONLY through that dlc) in ME2 even if you romanced another character during the course of the game....we do not know how the cheating will affect ME3 of course

hey that what i was lead to believe as i did it and it didnt work

Yes, you can continue the romance with liara if you romance another character in ME2, however she brings it up multiple times that you were fooling around with another chick.

If you want to try to be a super "Captain Kirk" you can romance just about everyone in one playthrough:



In ME1, I started romancing Liara and Ashley, then had to dump Ashley and finish the game with Liara.

In ME2, I romanced Miranda, but had to dump her for Jack , then messed around with Kelly, and Dated Tali. After that I got back with Liara. (But Tali Didnt seem to notice) All with the same character/play through.

So you dont even have to break current romance with ME2 character ? In other words you can have them both simultaneously?

My FemShep romanced Garrus and Liara didn't mention it at all. We even went on to talk about "blue children." Can anyone else confirm? Is there jealous dialogue that I just missed?

I wouldn't say multiple times, she only brought it up once when I played through.

if you get the romance conflict scene in ME1 and end up with Liara does Ashley still react to you on Horizon differently?  (Hug, call you a god, ect)

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. I was in a relationship w Tali, but got no jealous talk from Liara either.
