I kind of wish I asked this earlier, but I tried to put some areas and scripts from SoZ into a module so that I could have an in depth look at them and examine their pieces.
One was a campaign roster script while I also imported the orphange, guild and Merchant's HQ areas. I wanted to see how changing the name of the party effected the name's presented on the banners outside of the HQ.
Anyway, When I went to play SoZ I ran into a few problems.
First I noticed that after the crash landing the goblin tribesmen or whatever were not there and everyone sort of stood around.
Next I noticed I could not create the Yuan-Ti race or the other races associated with the expansion.
I did not notice these problem until after I did my business with the erf's. Are there any known issues here?
Issues w/ importing erf's from SoZ?

There should not be a problem with exporting stuff from SoZ. I've personally done it from the OC. This sounds more like an installation problem, from what you're saying it sounds like none of the new SoZ resources show up. Does the crashed ship and the floating debris show up?

Did you happen to save the module after you exported then exited?

@kamalpoe,
I did see the crashed ship, I was still able to retrieve items from the debris, but the game could not continue as if certain walkmeshes had been torn out. I went back into the module to see if they were there, and they were but I think I might load it back up now and see if there is anything else missing.

I didn't think I saved it. I'm usually pretty wise to that sort of thing. So I started to wonder if maybe there was a 2da conflict or something more complicated that I haven't learned a lot about, yet.

Missing official resources is usually the result of older 2DA files overriding the official game ones (though not always). Do you have anything in your Override folder (there's 2 of them, one in Documents and the other in Program Files)?

I have a few overrides in program files. I'm not sure what they go to. I'm thinking using overrides in general may be kind of bad.
