Why can't I share the Alerai research with Admiral Xen? Bioware was bragging that in ME3 they could go crazy with the writing, so why pigeonhole me into being her adversary?

That is wierd yes.

Maybe Xen dosent want an ally, her email kinda came off in a very imperial manner almost.
Than again maybe its to keep the varaibles down slightly since Claudia Black is a big name VO so they are limited in what they can do with her.

Groundskeeper tells me to check out the flowers across from the Conduit. I can't.

BioWare, you freaking sadists, stop inviting me to go places I can't freaking go.

Says the flying car.  Seriously, was LOTSB not enough for you?  Now you just want to take flying cars all over the damn place...to check out flowers!

(Although seriously, what happened to Dr. Michel?  Michel > Chakwas.)

It seemed more like she was offended and disappointed that I didn't share the data with her. She specifically said that if I had humanity would have reaped the benefits. At the very least let me share the data and then in ME3 she can stab me in the back.

Sadly its yet another railroad moment in game.

You can tell Gerrel I think about it, although if you try to tell Xen Tali shuts you down.
Then again its been a while since I played that scene, school had sucked up alot of my play time.

She used a paragon interrupt, I bet. Sometimes I really hate her. I'd smack her, then I'd just wind up bruising my hand.

Here's one I just noticed:  Why can't we remove weapons from Shepard?  It really cramps his style to be a walking armory!  Heavy weapons are so bulky, why can't we just take them off?

After seeing that scene on youtube, its quite obvious Xen is getting set up for the villian role in the story.
Oh well there has to be one I guess in every segment.

Truth! The big disappointment was not being able to see a few key familiar faces. Shiala, Parasini, and Fist were all nice touches, but I would've loved to see who's threatening Michel now, or what kind of shady investigation Emily Wong's gotten herself into this time.

Science has nothing to do with common sense, they are often in opposition.

Even when you meet Garrus the first time he changes sniper rifles ..and this is before he's even a party member.. now that's pushing it Bioware.

Visual evidence you're right:
Image IPB

It magically changes into whatever version Shepard is carrying, then changes back to Garrus' version.

I think it's likely she will be a minor villain in Mass Effect 3.

She emails you threatening you with the fact soon she will have a really big army and there's nothing you can do about it.

Femshep's eyelashes

1 - They don't show up in character creation (at least on the PC), so you can't see what she actually looks like

2 - They're so dark and full that they look like bad eyeliner

3 - The clipping... oh it bugs me so much that no matter what I do, no matter how I tweak the face, her eyelashes end up penetrating her forehead ANY time she has anything but the neutral expression. The worst bit for me is during the final bit of the Thane romance, though it's noticeable throughout the game.

The sound mix in both Mass Effect games irritates me a little. Sound effects are ridiculously loud, even while some of the dialog and music is often indiscernible at default settings. This could easily be fixed by lowering the sound effects setting in the options menu (I actually have sound effects at 50%), which is why this is a nitpick. Preferably, the default sound balance would already be optimal without any player adjustments.

Uh, no.  If your blood vessels expand, it is bound to damage your muscles considerably.

I like the idea of retractable helmets: always there to be popped on during fights, and retracted during talking and more intimate moments.

Sometimes Garrus or whoever, will hold an assault rifle like a pistol. And sometimes they'll hold a pistol like an assault rifle.

This should be remedied.

What's worse is the bug in which Shepard holds and fires all weapons as if they were shotguns.  That really screws up the accuracy of rapid-fire precision weapons like the Locust and Pistols.  It's fixed if you reload, though.

I was responding to your general citation of common sense, not the specific issue.

I'm not demanding explicit sexual content, but, damn it, the ALMOST nude and ALMOST sexually explicit scenes REALLY annoy me, in ME2 and in DAO. If you're not allowed to show explicit sexual scenes, don't kinda-sorta show them having sex fully clothed or with magically appearing underwear.

In addition to my previous complaint, if you're going to be offended by Jack running around topless, how does wearing a belt to cover her nipples less offensive? Now I'm wondering if she had to apply glue to the tips to keep the stupid belt in place. Also, I think her tattoos were just awful. Why not a Japanese style dragon/flower pattern? That would've been cool.

My problem is her visual design itself, not how cool or aesthetic it was or wasn't.  Zaeed has a Blue Suns tattoo.  Why?  We discover he's their founder.

Jack has a bajillion and we don't know what they mean or represent.  Like the artist started drawing and didn't stop.  It would've been an amazing journey of discovery as Jack opened up and told us stories of what maybe one or two tattoo's represented, which could've easily been tied into her Pragia back story.  She could've been anxiously looking or rubbing it, as she remembers the pain and torture of one particular researcher there.  Something.

Oh, and she keeps the haircut from a cult she joined which she hated.  (Jack make brain hurt ow.)

Who came up with that lipstick design where it's only applied to the middle of the lower lip? I'm sure that would make an interesting back-story to be fleshed out in a DLC. I'm buying those XBox points now.

You somehow forgot she's both emotionally and psychologically scarred and doesn't like people.  She's not mentally stable and prone to be easily angered.

It's entirely possible she doesn't give a **** and doesn't want to tell you.

I'd be psychologically unstable if I went to a tattoo parlor and came out looking like that. Heck, she might as well walk around topless, onlookers would think she's wearing more clothes than Miranda.
