You somehow forgot she's both emotionally and psychologically scarred and doesn't like people. She's not mentally stable and prone to be easily angered.
It's entirely possible she doesn't give a **** and doesn't want to tell you.
But all characters exist to explain themselves to me.

Both ME1 and ME2 use same button to skip dialogue line and to select response from wheel. On 4th+ playtrough when i usually skip 70% of dialogues it becomes painful. ("Accidental" Shiala execution ;/) But maybe it's Bioware's way of telling us "It's bad thing to skip dialogues. If you do it - you go to hell."
^^^^ This. Or at least let us deactivate the space bar to pick replys

Right! I recently got an e-mail from my mom and wasn't able to answer her. I'll bet she writes another one in ME3. "Why don't answer my mail?"chaos-zhan wrote...

Everytime Shepard calls a taxicab its RED!!! When anyone else calls one its NOT red. Come on is this some sort of discrimination that says that Shepard HAS to have a red cab? My Shepard wants to be able to ride in a cab they called which is NOT red.
wasn't your cab in Lair of the shadow broker blue??
The one you use in the car chase is black or very dark blue but Shep didnt call it. It was there for Liara to get into. In Kasumi's loyalty mission you ride in a white or buff one but its not clear who called that one but it does appear to be Kasumi who did that since she has Hoff's address and Shep doesnt. And of course Vasir had a gold coloured air car. But everytime Shep calls one its red.

I really hate the font used in those ME2 emails. Why can't I change it?
I hate how on the xbox version the slider "jumps" through portions of the email, should be a smooth slider.
How's that for nitpicking.

This. Maybe they could have had something dialogue-wheel-esque.
Also: Why does it take longer for me to get from one floor to another on the normandy than it does for the animation of the elevator on the loading screen to? It should travel eqaully slow and stop getting my hopes up gosh darndet.

The ability to reply to emails would be cool. You could have set responses for parago, renegade, neutral and maybe the charm intimidate ones too. That way you could build the meter too.
Alpha Protocol had a similar system.
"Email: U R 2 SMALL"
"Reply: NO U"

In the planet viewer the light source is crap. How is it the whole planet is lit up equally. I want reallistic light sources in my planet viewer. Thoose light sources in bianary and trinary star systems best be right too. OH!...and some lighting would be a nice sight, say on the darker side of a planet.
How about flying directly through the center of a star like it wasn't even there? What type of physics is that? I want gravitational and relativistic effects fully accounted for, requiring the player to use advanced mathematics to plot trajectories down to the fraction of a degree like NASA
...Or atleast make the Normandy fizzle and pop if it gets too close to a star... followed by a critical mission failure. That would be hilarious.

Worse than the lighting and flying through stars (it's just a map representation, not your actual flight path, Joker takes care of getting you places safely), is the images of the planets themselves. If the data on a planet is going to include visual information, make sure to include that in the planet's picture. That means, if a gas giant supposedly has two huge storm cells, we should see a couple things like Jupiter's red spot. If Klendagon has a huge frelling hole in the south hemisphere, we should be able to see it!

I agree with you on the planet images, but if what I see on the galaxy map does not represent my actual flight path, then why would I burn more fuel going in a zig-zag pattern between star systems than I would if I go straight from point-to-point?

Voice-Acting - For all the people complaining about Meer vs. Hale, they both have their strengths and weaknesses. Problem can be summed up as thus: Meer tends to be more stoic, which leads to him sounding rather stiff and unemotional. Hale tends to be more emotional, which leads to scenes where it's obvious she's overracting and you wish she'd calm down. For example, the LotSB Car Chase sounds INFINITELY better with Meer's dialog than Hale's. Heck, Meer in general sounds much better in LotSB than Hale does.
!
Clearly that's personal preference, as I found it completely the opposite. In LoTSB my male shep sounded dull as usual (though the car scene was one of Meer's better deliveries in the game as whole).. and my fem shep sounded more ... alive... her voice, as usual, had inflection and appropriate tone.. as she does most of the time in ME2.
Sorry but I think thats wrong. Meer sounded just as alive as Hale, and this is coming from a Hale fan since I heard her back in the 90s with the old spider-man cartoon. Meer came across as in control and having fun, at Liara's expense.
Meer's Shep has a similar sound like Picard who also tries to keep his emotions in check (apart from around the borg.. lulz).
It was fine. And yes Meer does come across as more stoic, a more classic hero thats reserved and in control.
Why does everyone think that every line needs to be infused with massive amount of emotion. Do you want shatner level acting with. Every. Line. Filled. With. As. Much. Emotion. As. Possible *does funny body movements*.
Go watch the end of DoW2 chaos rising with the purity ending, the VA is stoic (tho more commanding than Meer has done), in fact the whole scene is. I wouldn't put it past some of the people on this forum saying none of the actors could voice act worth a damn because they are acting reserved.

CHARACTER CREATOR!
It sucks. Many times I've got something looking decent in the Char Creator and in game it looks horrid. Give us a 360 view capability, with different lighting, etc. AND NO IDLE ANIMATIONS OR STRANGE "SCAN" THINGIES WHEN I'M TRYING TO EDIT MY FACE!!! *Sheesh*
ARMOR in ME2!!!
Or lack thereof regarding certain squadmates. I want an armor system that lets you customize the look, like 3 or 4 different models of N7 type gear, but with customizable mods that give you the stats. This way, we can leave the damn helmets behind (since the bonuses are in the mods), and we can see our character's face. Either that, or let Shepard take the helmet off in conversations!! (Or when kissing or drinking or...)
And for God's sake, Miranda, PUT SOME DAMNED ARMOR ON! A skin tight jumpsuit is neither combat capable or vacuum/hazardous environment friendly. This goes for you as well, Samara. And Jack. And everyone who doesn't have a full suit of armor.
THERMAL CLIPS
Ok, I can live with this retcon...but only if it worked the way they said it worked.
One thermal clip = one reload for any weapon. All weapons share the same "spare" thermal clip pool. Thermal clips are universal, remember that, Bioware? Please make them really universal!
Ok, I think I'm done for now.
