This sounds like corrupted textures. Make sure you've done a hard drive scan (chkdsk/f). Otherwise, downgrade the drivers back again.

Did you try refreshing your texture cache? Something to do with the config file or something i had an issue with textures not showing up which was solved with this.

This is a good point. To clear the local texture cache, start the config app from the launcher, then choose repair on the left hand side and click the button, "Delete Local Shader Cache".

i tried clicking on the "delete local shader cache" button, but no go.

I ended up rolling the driver back, too bad, it was a nice driver.

What is the graphic driver version, I will attempt a test myself as I have a GT 2xx series card. You can report it to NVIDIA if you'd like. I'm not sure if anything will happen of course, it's a fairly old and most unsupported game by modern video card standards.

the blue chairs show up on the normandy too, the people along the way to normandy's exit shows up under the people sitting there. sometimes i can see the chair textures at certain angles.

If you have had both games running normally previously, just go back to whatever driver was working before.  If you are new with both games, don't expect great things from at least one out of four of the drivers they release, if you don't own whatever is their very latest, greatest of hardware.  In other words, use an older driver.

i have, now using 258.96. I think the blue chair is a place marker or holder for prople sitting down because it only showed up with sitting people.

Same issue here, using the 260 drivers. Has reverting to 258 fixed anyone's problem?

Success. Reverting to the Nvidia WHQL 258.96 driver fixed the problem. I no longer see solid blue textures anywhere.

Nvidia WHQL 258.96 driver fixed my issue, too. Just wait until the beta becomes the official driver.

Don't bother installing the final version. Blue chairs are there.

I did send a support thing to NVIDIA, no answer so far. I hope they fix it.

There's new driver, 260.99. May or may not if the problem. I'm not going to install it before I know for sure.
EDIT: Above drivers fix this problem.
