Hi everyone! I'm the "Lucky" owner of digital deluxe edition, bought in EA store. I still haven't received my redeem keys,and EA support can't give an explanation why this is happenning and when am i going to receive them,is there anyone with the same problem?

I was just wondering if i'm the only person who faced such a problem, or maybe there is someone who got clear answers from support!
