First I tried to buy 1600 points using my Mastercard that is in great standing. I've been using it for purchases both online (mass effect 2 on steam) and in person the past several days. I received an error and to "try again later". After trying several more times I figured Mastercard may have put a lock for their fraud detection. I called them, and they assured me there should be no problem, there is no hold or anything of the sort. They also said they can only see the EA charge of a dollar, not the 21.00 USD for 1600 points. Next I tried using three different browsers, and two different computers. I tried EA online chat (useless), and EA phone support. They basically told me to use another web browser (after I had told them I've already done that) and to call bioware. Well I've emailed bioware twice over the past three days and haven't received a response. I just want to get this premium ME2 DLC, man!
Any thoughts?
