Shepard can even ask, "Is there anything we can do to help them?", which I always wanted to ask.
Big "d'oh" moment for me.

Bioware game. I recently discovered the Pyjak shooting gallery on Tuchanka, and it was pretty entertaining.

The ALTAR cut scene on the Reaper IFF mission.
They really should put a action window there were you can easily spot it or something.... *sigh*

I didn't realize Liara was a actual squadmate with her own powers that I can level till just before I met the shadow broker. I thought she was just sn npc who followed all mission. I saw her using singularities but I didn't think I had control of her like a regular squaddie

Are you refering to the Dragon's teeth scene? If so, I believe it only triggers if you have Garrus, Tali, or Jacob in your squad.

And there is the thing. I knew I had an amazing "Duh!" moment in ME1.kariod wrote...
Heh, I have some doozies, primarily from ME1:
- After at least two plays through I realized that I could walk past Captain Ventralis at Noveria's Rift Station and there were people, lots of dialog, and assignments there. I always wondered about the "Sneaking In"/"Breaking In" journal entries, as well as the map marker noting a store... and the fact that Ventralis actually tells you there are people there. But I always made straight for the Hot Labs like the gullible Shepard I was.
- After more plays through than I care to count, I realized I had never done the Spacer origin assignment, thus no conversations with or messages from Mama Shep. Who actually uses those Ward access lifts anyway?
- I never found the Eden Prime cutscene next to the beacon until I read about it somewhere.
- It took several times through before I realized the confrontation with Saren on Virmire could take place at either the bomb site or by the AA towers based on choices made.
It was definitely much better to go that way and talk to everyone. You can even make a cure for the sick scientists. Also, you don't have to kill Captain Ventralis or whatever his name is.

Not to mention you can unload the excess items to the Elcor for money, get a little insight from Han Olar & kill that snotty Asari Dr. Alestia Iallis. (ah...good memories...

In 2 I got Shep's crew killed by using the Omega Relay to late. I also replayed the SM about 7 times till I realized Zaeed sucked at being diversion leader.
