So I love Bioware. No kiss *** here, no bull****. But seriously this is the first and only thing they have done that itches my rage nerv a little. I think the new character looks awesome and all. But most <-- real DAO fans are I am sure, like me, butt hurt we don't get to continue with the hero that you did so well at making sure were attached to. It's like Mass Effect but backwards. Everyone loved that in p2 Shep had the players personal flavor. DAO2 looks awesome like everything BW touches, but damn if I am not a little sad I have to forget about the hero I put so much time into in DAO. So many reasons to. For one Bioware is amazing at making us get into our heroes. But also the relationships and etc you form in DAO, the friendships. It would have been cool to see that story move forward. Hopefully in the future their will be another DAO. Not one that takes place during the same time as your heroes storyline, but after and continued with an import based on your champ. ya Bioware just wanted to rage a little! Still the best ever and everything you touch, I'm buying. =)

This thread has gone completely off-track. If you want to talk about the merits of a complete tabula rasa versus a character with some predefined traits, you can do so in a more civil and polite manner.
