Perhaps I havent explored enough in my troubles yet, but here is my problem. I play on the 360 (PC guys, don't kill me!) and I am level 9, but have yet to discover how to craft items, or attach items to my weapons. I have a bunch of crafting items taking up inventory space and would like to start crafting them. Is there a specific vendor who does this, or have I missed something in my travels? Any advice will be appreciated!
