I'm probably putting this in the wrong place, but there doesn't appear
to be anything closer to a unified board than this one.  I've tried
searching for and navigating the sites, but since I don't come here often, it's incredibly overwhelming and I'm not finding what I need.   Here's what's going on, and I don't know if they are related or not:

1) I have bought and registered almost every Bioware game since Baldur's Gate.   When I look at my registered games on my profile, it says none are registered anymore.  
2) This is the same account I have set up with EA, and I bought versions of DA and ME2 from Steam and neither of those are showing up as registered....however, I can see both under Profile -> Your registered game promotions
3) My ME2 DLC works without a hitch, but all of a sudden my DA DLC is gone.  There are no DLC download options anymore in the game, and none of my saves are working anymore.  
4) I want to buy some of the newer DLC for ME2, but with everything else above, I'm concerned that my profiles aren't matching correctly and I'll be SOL.

Where do I go for these things?

Well this link http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php will show you all the DLC for your games. The only games that show up registered on this website are Dragon Age, Mass Effect 2, Warhammer. As far as your DA DLC, try looking at this link http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 to see if that might help. If not, that forum might be able to answer your questions about that issue better than this one.

Your DLC are all tied to your EA Account, so if something doesn't show up here, EA support might be able to help you as well.

Thanks, I spent almost two hours last night working on that DLC issue and finally got it all resolved. Then I bought the Shadow Broker DLC and everything seems to be fixed.
