I'm trying to get the alliance with the dwarves and now am stuck doing a quest trying to kill some criminal in the dust commons? I found the big door that I need the bone finger thing for, but I can't find where to get this token to get in >___< its irritating and I've been running all around the commons and dust commons. I intimidated the thugs outta the one shop and they left not wanting to die. Kinda wish I just killed em now if they possibly had the token. help please? Much appreciated.
So I need a lil help.

There is a house a little ways south of the door that has some thugs in it in dust town, you can either intimidate them into giving you the token or kill them.
