i redeemed promo code from my dragon age game but when i want to download the collectors edition dlc and dragon armor i simply cant problem is in

Some of your DLC are showing in the Available Content tab while you are entitled to it as seen on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php but there is no possibility to download this

Even when i start the game i cant download this from dragon age i dont know what is called but i just cant download this anyway

PLEASE help
