when you meet the person the gave Lorien the changeing powder. is their a way to complet her quest for a glowstone and still be able to end up with the glow stone so you can have it to give the bard to fix the Golem

The glow stone isn't the thing Grobnar needs. He needs a vial of glowing water (same cave iirc). It may be only accessible with Grobnar in party.
On the glow stone: If you want to be a good person you should not take the stone away from the Goblins. The Dryad is mad and needs the glow stone for evil deeds. You get the changing powder by simply killing her.
(Hint: This will make Elanee happy, so you might want to bring her along. She has other use in the glowstone cave as well.)
