*SPOILERS* (this contains spoilers about certain locations and endings)
Ok so i know this has been mentioned a million times but i got some questions that need answering before i start deleting savefiles etc...
So i started the game about 5 days ago and made a char...which i ended up not using and didnt delete...
Then i created another one which i used to clear the game and get most of the trophies...
Now when i finished the game i decided to get the endings and the other trophies b4 going for anything else which actually caused me to reload right b4 the Council near the end of the game...
Now i got some saves on the Alienage during the final showdown and trying to get my Silver and gold trophies for killing 1k darkspawn...unfortunately it seems that no matter how many i kill i still dont get it...after seeing that i deleted my game files in hopes of going back to 1.01...the problem is that i had already downloaded the blood dragon armor causing me to lock down my original account...that and i attempted to get the lvl 20 trophies with the darkspawn blood glitch without working (even without patches although it did instal something so i dont know if patches were installed as well)now about some minutes ago i deleted my first character (the one i didnt use)as well as the ones i created to get the origin stories and the lvl 20 trophies...so i am only left with my main char...Now what shall i do to succesfully get blight-queller...i mean...is there a way to access my save files that have downloadable content on them without the patches?should i delete my main and just start over again?should i try something else?
It is also important to note that the 100 kill trophie popped up during gameplay with my second (aka main) character and that i started the game on patch 1.05....Also it seems that i got the ultimate sacrifice trophy by pressing Resume (or continue i dont remember correctly but its the one above new game)while having finished the game with morrigans ending...(aka baby stuff)...i assumed its because Loghain was killed but i figured i should mention that since you never know what might have caused the problem...
So i apologise for the length of this post but i really had to make sure i didnt miss anything...also i am aware that this is a common topic but still it seems that i couldnt find the answer i was looking for anywhere no matter how much i searched...
I would apreciate any help provided so that i can finally get my platinum and hopefully get some dlcs after that
Ty in advance!

If you want these trophies, you have to know the ESSENTIAL AND IMMORTAL rules
(these are valid if you have the game with every patch except 1.01)
1) the counter will raise ONLY with the kills of main character (your character must have the final and mortal blow)
2) the counter will reset to zero each time you install any patch
3) the counter will continue with any character you create beyon the first one
4) the best place to get the trophies is the alienage during dark spawn assault, create a savegame, accetp the elf quest, dismiss all the companions, kill all the dark spawn, return to elf, get the reward, re-loaded the savegame and re-accept elf quest.
Each quest-kill-route will give 35-45 (or more) darkspawn kills (to be sure count as they would be 35)...............kill, count yourself (it's math, remember), reloaded and so on.
It is a boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring thing to do, but is the best way to get those damned trophies
follow these rules and you needn't any "delete game files", just your main character and a lot of patience..........

Yes, I got blight queller using the grinding strategy after a while. It didn't take me as long as some say(a little under an hour for me) but then I have played through the game many times.

anyway...i deleted the patches again and started a new character...aiming this time for all the trophies other that the origins (aka sleep with alistair and the kills)hopefully without the patches (my version atm should be 1.02 or something since the vial glitch isnt working)i will be able to get the trophy...btw do u have any tips of how to get it quickly?im atm building a warrior berserker-champion so that i will get the 250 damage with my final blow with 2 handed and have the holy smite for later on (for the alienage...).u think this class will work?also do i have to save after each run or i can just kill and load.

my 3rd elf warden managed to get me the master warden... for once but i killede over 1000 darkspawn in result of all them with companions so roughly I killed half while the others killed less.

do i have to save after each run of the alienage?and if so how do i have to save(like save on a new save file, save on an existing one etc).cause i've done about 5 runs this morning and 3 runs an hour ago and i dont seem to get it even if i get about 50 kills per run...

So i just got it....
Solution:
a)Make a save file near the tree in the alienage and accept the quest...
b)Tell them to go away (first or third option)
c)use ur AOE (area of effect) spells normal spells and hits to take them down
d)leave the general for last (depending on the class this is easier or harder) and kill him to complete the quest
e)go back to the girl and finish the quest
f)SAVE.it is important that you save or u are just wasting ur time (at least thats what happened to me)
g) restart from the save file u have near the tree and repeat...
It seems that kills from The stone prisoner dlc (the only dlc i tried)count towards ur overall kills towards blight-queller.
Kills that arent saved dont count towards ur trophy unless u have like 999 kills and need 1 more for the 1000 in which case u are awarded the trophy without the need of saving (meaning that if u are close to getting the kills and u get them before the run is over the trophy will pop)
Tips:
Warrior:
1:If u are using holy smite (templar skill) dont target the emissary (mage) cause he will just sprint to u and kill u.
2:use the left ladder to climb up at the platform. This makes killing the ogres and alphas a lot easier and it enables you to control how many will come up there to fight u.
3:using 2h swords with indomitable makes killing the ogres easy
Rogue
1:rogues are usually not the best here but ur best bet is to keep using ur AOE skills asap.
2:engage the emissary (mage) last since he can ruin ur day.
3:use a resist armor (juggernaught is good if u can use it)
Mage:
1:use ur AOE spells and u should kill most guys as they run since they not only cover a lot of space but also kill every1 other than alphas/ogres/emissary that comes in there.
2:use mana class on emissary (mage).
3:use curses (glyphs are also good since they make u unreachable and things like that)to stop alphas/ogres on their tracks giving u the time u need to kill them.
Note:
I did 1 mage run with morrigan just to find some tips for it.That means that in my mage section of Tips there might be some better stuff u can try but thats up to u.Rogue and warrior were done with my characters (warrior :berserker,templar...rogue:2 handed)

Well done, it need only a lot of patience............
Just one tip: i don't save each alienage-run, just one to create the savegame, reload and count.......finally after got all the trophies, i delete the savegame and keep playing.

if only the kill counts of all main charachter counts that means when I have like 973 kills in one of my playthroughs it doesnt count at all and only my main charachter kills count?
Its been a pain for me I've deleted patches and installed them it still doesnt work for me...is this alineage thing 100%?I mean does the patch installed in the system matter?I'm using the latest patch 1.5
Its the only trophy left and its annoying me big time...
I appriciate it if u help me out...

as stated above every time u delete some patches its good to start counting from 0 again...im not sure about it but do it for good measures...also yes the alienage thing does indeed work and not only that but it is actually rather fast (i guess its based on the class but for me it was anw). Also yes only kills by ur main char count but if u play on a version like 1.01 (deleted patches DuH!)all kills seem to count towards it...also the tips and thing i say earlier (the second biggest text after my primary one)were all done on patch 1.05...Also save...even if u seem to be getting the kills save after each run...without saving i did 8 runs with no luck...after i started saving it took me 13 to get blight-queller (and master warden along the way). Also as stated above u can always count...or u can just check ur scores after each run (aka i had 494 and i end up with 565 that means i got 71)and every run count -15...aka if u got 71 count 56 if u got 40 count 25.Also this trophy isnt particularely hard or boring as long as u have an AOE (Area of Effect as stated above)skill that deals more than 1 dmg...
