My first playthrough of LOTSB went fine but on my sentinel's playthrough when I exit the building after Liara is chasing Vasir I get the cut scene where they are shooting at each other but when Shepherd comes out of the building Liara is just standing there and Vasir is standing by the car with her gun raised. Shepherd can't react with either. I reloaded an earlier save and tried again several times but the error is occuring every time.
My sentinel was imported after I completed my first LOTSB playthrough.
No car chase scene

After no save in the mission worked I restarted the mission and this time the second short video of Vasir fleeing triggeered properly when I exited the door and my sentinel went on to kill the Shadow Broker with no additional problems.
