I've deleted all my characters on the site (most of which I've also deleted in game) so that I can have room to upload my newer characters, however it seems even though I've deleted the characters, it's keeping the actual files in "Profile Diagnostics"section.  How do I get it to delete all those outdated files to make room for the new characters?
