I may just have to copy this, it looks amazing and rather professional!

Getting the Miranda one, but it's only $10 and I'm in the UK, so I'm thinking about bulking out the order a bit more.

I'm loving Gamegod2x's framing job with the Miranda litho and the two minis. I too think I'm going to have to copy it.

Do you want a specialist company for Lithos?

Personally I just use Hobby Craft.  Since Framing is crazy expensive anyway the prices they have are a breath of fresh air. They are really good quality glass frames too.

At Michaels they have archival framing which means they dont use any glue or tape to mount the print, it stays on with clips that protect the artwork and later on if you decide to change the frame you can just take the artwork out and put it in another frame with no problems.

My Mini lithos, I really wanted a full size Miranda one but missed out today, I still have my Tali one on the way though.

Only limited Edition litho I have at the moment

Image IPB

Not really a litho but I was reading earlier somebody talking about clip framing and I clip frammed my Morrigan poster and Leliana. Sadly the little metal clips stick out a bit but I think I can just paint them or something to make them less noticeable. It looks alot better in person, I think anyway.

Nice collection, the signed lithographs are hard to come by but when you finally get one it feels great. Im glad they have started putting limits on the number you can buy.

How do you guys like the mini-lithos? I'm thinking about ordering the 5 pack but I'm afraid they might be too small.

I love the mini-lithos, they look just as good and shipped with the same care.  I definitely recommend them.  I want to get some for my office.

Right, sorted out my homemade archival quality clip frames, finally.  I was right, the lithos look wonderful in clip frames, the plexiglass I've chosen gives them a proper glass look, they look brill.  You hardly notice the clips at all.  I'd take photos but ran into problems when I attempted to.  Trust me, they do really look wonderful.  I much prefer the borderless look for lithos.
What I used for those interested:
Plexiglass from the company evonik, they sell worldwide, what they do in each country varies, but being in the UK, I got the product from this page (I hope i've done the link right, never done one before on these forums), so the equivalent of that for wherever you are should work, it's museum quality, and really makes the lithos look great, it's uv resistant for sunlight and indoor light and anti reflective too.  3mm thick, exact measurements 460 x 612 in mm, cost was about £15 a sheet

Acid Free foam board from wessex picture frames, 5mm thick, same measurements as the plexiglass, if you're not in the UK, you'll have to do a bit of looking to find something like this that sells via a local framer in your country, I'd advise asking a local framer for more info, and it needs to be from a company that takes small orders.  I got sheets that were big enough for 4 lithos each, and were £16 each, so £4 per litho

craft board on the back, this is required, and DO NOT USE MDF!!  I put it together with swiss clips, the big ones of which are max 11mm thick, and MDF is too thick!!  The craft board can be no thicker than 2mm.  This was done to exact 18x24 inch measurements, as slighty smaller than the plexiglass and the foam is good.

Sawtooth clips on the back of the craftboard to put them up on the wall, I advise asking a framer to put these on, there are various types that you can use, all are very very very strong,

Swiss clips to put it together, size c, the largest size, 11mm thickness max, 1 on each side will do, it doesn't require grooves, but it does require you to push the clips into the craft board hard, as in sort of making your own grooves, this will leave you with a sore thumb, I framed them a few days ago now and it's still slightly aching.

Hope this helps, if you're interested in doing lithos with a borderless look, I seriously advise this, it's not too expensive, looks great, and is archival quality.

If you're interested in storing your lithographs in a protected manner I just found these online. I'm going to give them a shot and update if they're worth the money.

I had my two favourite Dragon Age lithographs framed last month. The craftsmanship on the frames is top-notch and the pricing wasn't too bad either, some other framer attempted to charge me for twice the amount with worse looking frames. Though, I wonder if he would have messed the lithographs up too. Check the results below to see what I mean.

I'm just grateful that the pieces still look great on their own, without the autographs and their respective names and numberings. Luckily I didn't purchase them for either of those attributes.

I've been following this thread for a while, it's been great seeing the different ways of framing. I got my Kirkwall Gate back from Michaels (after a delay due to a mat sizing mistake) a couple weeks ago. My first professionally framed litho, the rest are in the Trendsetter frames from Michaels (for now).

Same layout as Gamegod's, I like seeing the title, and the artist's name.

Thanks for the reminder--I've been meaning to get something like that for ages.  "Under the sofa-bed in the spare room" sounded like a good idea at the time, but I have a nagging feeling that it's not the optimum storage solution...

Looks fantastic, i had Michaels redo a few things on my frame until it was perfect.  Although you pay alittle more for getting it professionally done, they do a great job at customer service and did everything i asked them too.
