I had to change my e-mail adress because my supplyer will stop that service in coming october. I think because of this, there is a mismatch to my account so my prior downloaded DLC's using my old e-mail adress dont work when logging in with my new e-mail.
So that what I have bought dont work anymore.
It is a technical problem in the EA program for downloading, not in BioWare games or DLC's
Later I read somewere on a official post here, that somebody, EA or BioWare, new about the problem and should fix it. That was some time ago?

ANYBODY else have this problem?

Call EA. All downloadable content is done through your email that EA has and to change it you will have to call them.

If you don't want to call, you can always go to EA's support website and set-up a live chat or send them an email...

There's a bit about updating your email address under here too.  social.bioware.com/help.php
I believeyou can manage it by logging into profile.ea.com/login.do with your old address and updating it there.

Sole: please have a look at the link in the stickied thread. The Store that operates via the link and only this certain Store (operated by Treehouse Brandstores, not by EA) is supported by this forum here - by the sub-section called 'BioWare Online Store support forum'. It's not responsible for DLC and you don't have to open a new thread to emphasize your belief.

seven results on the search engine for 'change email', and all of them are very helpful and detailed like:

First, I posted here because in my mind it is the correct place... there is no better!

Then... it seems that If I download it all anew... will use about 12-15 houers, just for download... mybe the problem will go away.

But if we in the future schall download software for games, there must be put in place a mechanism better then what we must use today... or else downloading games will flipp out.

Last, thanks for help, links and good advice.

This is the BioWareStore -> biowarestore.com/

See for yourself. They do NOT sell DLCs.

No need for flaming... I will not be of any bother anymore.

My thought about downloading worked... took me some houers.
