DA to Blender to Modo ... Render!

Hi Guys,

Was just testing that workflow from DA to Blender ( via plug ) to Modo. The UV stayed intact all the way through. I added both Diffuse and Normal Textures to the model then rendered using GI ( Global Illumination ) with the 3 key light setup.

Its 13000 or so tri's ...

Or you could just use tazpn's tool and skip Blender altogether.......

Yes,



But I was just trying out the plug. The plug is for Blender 2.4x, however once in and saved as a .blend in 2.4x I was able to open the blend file directly in the latest Beta of Blender 2.5 with no issues.



As I said i was just doodling ..



Have to say the quality of mesh and textures in DA is very good .. hats off, and the low tri's with good use of normals
