I've been partial to the name Carlisle recently for some reason; it feels like the character would have to be some sort of sarcastic noir private investigator, though.

Well, I was gonna go with Cigne, but now that just seems... so shallow.
Kickaha for rogue, Kimball for mage, River for warrior.
Kimball was my mage in doa, so I could see Hawke being named after a soon-to-be famous relative.
Really, though, I've a set of six names that I use; after creating the look of the character, I'll pick the name that I feel is the best fit.

I actually like the defaults.
LadyHawke: 1) Marian, 2) Mehitabel, and 3) probably a B-name to match with Bethany (Blair, Bridgette)

I like Garrett for maleHawke... but I think I might name my femHawke Elanora. Idk, though, character naming tends to be a very on-the-spot kind of thing for me.

I haven't really thought about it much yet... but I suppose it'll be something starting with B to match Hawke's sister.

If not it'll be Ghanima. I always loved that name from Children of Dune...

Rebecca. I picked it out when all we knew about Hawke was that he/she had a sister named Bethany. The names Bethany and Rebecca are both of Hebrew origin and I was looking to do something like what was done in Origins with the Cousland family. All the males had names of Gaelic origin and all the females had names of Greek origin.
