They are not? D: But... ok fine. Will probs play a female Hawke anyways!

Ye sure, Ciri can have that haircut too. But tbh i am more a fan of short hair (which should be long on the front and the sides. I really like default Marians hair) or long hair that is bound up. With a few hairs falling down. :wub:

I haven't thought of names yet. Of the top of my head I'd say, Agatha Hawke, Melissa Hawke, Kate Hawke... I don't know, I'd have to think of the character's personality first before setting on a name.

It will depend on the names of the other characters... but right now I'm thinking Artemis or possibly Diana.

What is the point of choosing a first name that probably never gets a mention past character creation screen? I for one would prefer if my name was Garrett and it gets mentioned a couple of times instead of always being adressed as Hawke even when 3 other Hawkes are around. You don't need a first name anyway, it is completely irrelevant.

Characters feel much, much more distinct that way- wouldn't it be depressing to have fifteen saves all called Garrett Hawke?  Name doesn't matter during the course of the game, but it gives the characters a life of their own,  so to speak. Also, meaningful names.

Well I don't know yet... My main DA: Origins character's name is Tiara. And what about Lady Hawke... Maybe Diana or... Eriana (Era if short). Or maybe I'll use her default name...

As for what I will name Hawke, I've tossed up several ideas (males Kieran, Derrick, females Gisela, Rowan), but I'm likely to use them in my PC version of Origins (I have several playthroughs in my 360 version).

All I know is I want to stay true to the background and stick with Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, English, Welsh and Scottish names since its more than likely Hawke is of Ferelden stock. If not...that will open up many more options.

Male: Osgar, Fionnlagh, Aedan, Lance

Female: Katherine, Mary, Cecilia, Agnes

Kitty will be my first, and Ebon will be my second.  Both female.  Kitty will probably be my "canon" and will be a rogue or a warrior.  Ebon will probably be a mage, and she will also probably be my "bad girl" character.

Yeah, they're both joke-ish names.  Kitty, as in Kitty Hawk, NC, and Ebon, as in the Ebon Hawk of KOTOR fame.  I think "Kitty" is fitting, though... it would be a nickname for Katherine, which seems like it would go along with Bethany pretty well.  And Ebon I have no excuses for, it's just awesome.

As for my own Hawkes. Only got 3 profiled at moment, one for each class.
