I finally worked out what was causing the partial encryption problem on the bioware store. A problem that causes a warning to appear that not all content in the points checkout is encrypted, which is deeply concerning for people like me.

I have come to the conclusion that there is an unencrypted image that get's loaded when you access the points checkout with the "Mass Effect 2 Themed" images (dragon age images doesn't seem to be a problem).

I don't know much about encryption, but I suppose unencrypted image files aren't a big security risk. Hopefully Bioware can take care of the unencrypted images loading on this secure page, otherwise others may be hesitant to enter paypal details if there is a security error appearing in firefox or IE.
