which do you tend to prefer and why?

1) Team PvP with permahaste for everyone or
2) Team PvP without permahaste. Haste must be cast as a spell (includes Expeditious retreat).

permahaste or not, with No pvp

Depends on levels, after level of 20, there is no point to not have perma haste. On low levels however the point coul be there as haste cost some gold and casters could spare it - however only the already most powerfull characters would benefit from there so its quite silly.



I really do not understand why BoW dont have it, there is nobody who would not craft it on the item anyway. There is no advantage of this...

I'm with ShaDoOoW on this.



If =< 20, then permahaste is almost a requirement.

Otherwise it's spell/potion(limited) only.



Of course haste is kinda buggy, some places script an alternative, or disallow it entirely.
