Hi guys. I want to start by saying, I love your t-shirts and own and wear them frequently.
With that said, I have to say I am very disappointed to find the t-shirts you sell are very flimsy. I am not saying this out of disrespect, but as a consumer who just destroyed a prized N7 t-shirt.
These shirts are very prone to tearing and ripping. The cotton is very thin and rips right along the seams. As of now, I've ripped 3 different t-shirts from the Bioware store, in 3 different locations on the shirts.
I am not writing this to complain and I am not writing this to request a refund. I am writing this to request that you please change the material or the thickness of your t-shirts. I still want to wear the N7 logo, but I do not want to continue buying Tshirts from your shop at the current material and make of your tshirts.
The brand and the logo is important to me, but please, improve the quality of material and production so your shirts are not so easily destroyed. I will be eager and excited to buy new shirts upon learning that new, thicker material or production is implemented. Thanks.
A Request for the Bioware Store

It's this kind of thing that keeps me from buying.
My inner fanboy just cant beat out my inner pragmatist on this one.
Could you guys up the durability of your apparel? Because i am not gentle with my clothes, and just cant justify the expense to myself.

what brand of shirts do they use? I find that American Apparel fit the best and are thick enough to be durable, but not too thick. Plus, they are long enough that one was and dry cycle doesnt render them too short

We use shirts from a number of different manufacturers. All of the shirts we use are 30 singles fabric. To give you some context Hanes Beefy Tee or similar are normally a larger cut and 20 singles. The higher the number the softer the shirts.
I can't speak to scyphozoa specific experience, but I have not add the same problems. We will however be happy to replace any defective shirt.
Scyphozoa if you'd like to contact me via PM I'd like to know about the shirts you purchased and what specifically the issues are as we're always trying to improve our products.
Thanks for the feedback.

I just ordered two a few days ago at 25 USD each after shipping, which is a crazy price to begin with. I'll find out for myself soon enough then!

What?.. You mean to say that you don't pretend to be like Command Shepard or a Grey Warden fighting the darkspawn when you wear the shirt?
On a more serious note, I've had no problem with the Dragon Age or Mass Effect shirts. scyphozoa , you may have just got one from an unlucky batch perhaps?

What's the deal on the sweatshirts/hoodies? I wanted to buy the N7 hoody, but am always a little careful when buying clothing that I'm not able to try on or handle first. Sorry, I know this may be just for t-shirts, but the hoody is so expensive, it'd be nice to hear from someone who owns one and has sent it through the wash a few times.
Then again, I'm also waiting because I've heard rumors of a female hoody coming out. But first thing's first: Quality! (?)
