Do spell effects cast on the party stack?

For example:  Can I have Frost Weapon & Flame Weapon both at the same time causing their damage effects?

I don't think you can have more then one weapon effect status on at once

You can. Just not from the same mage. I usually have Telekinetic Weapon on my mage main, and have Wynn or Morrigan do Frost Weapon.
