I am hoping someone from Bioware can answer this simple question: is there any way to access the receipts for purchases in the old store?

I bought among other things Jade Empire SE from that store, and the registration code is not in the confirm email but in the store receipt, which is no longer accessible.  The code is also not in my old forum account page, unlike my other registered games, I assume because the registration was done by the store on the back end.

It's also not clear how we can use any of the other products anymore, like modules for NWN, since they query the store server at game time.  Are those products now completely dead?

Thanks to Atari we lost access to the NWN premium modules even if you paid for them.

For the future: print a receipt of any stuff you buy online, even if you only print into a file (PDF printer or XPS Document Writer, or Office Document Image Writer or anything that is available to you) and have it available as an image. It can save you a lot of trouble - like this. At least, this would help with numbers.

As far as I know, none of the members of the 'new' Store knows about how to access things from the 'old' store.

And in addition to what Erich said, I'd like to quote Chris Priestly from the original Neverwinter Nights forums:

Sorry, but Atari has asked us to stop selling the modules through our store. All support for NwN products is now handled directly by Atari through ther customer support channels.

It's for information only, but there's been a lot of things said there about JE and the 'old' store.

I have paper receipts..that dont' help with files to download though.
