I unistalled the game, reinstalled iot, then installed Shadow Broker. It simply will not show anywhere in the game.

I download and installed Shadow Broker, then started he game and went into the Mass Relay & found that Shadow Broker isn't shown on the map. I'm using Vista 32bit w/an HP Intel Quad CPU @ 2.53GHZ and 3gb RAM.
I unistalled the game, reinstalled iot, then installed Shadow Broker. It simply will not show anywhere in the game.

You have to talk to Liara on Illium first.

It actually shows, for me, as soon as Illium is an option, but not before.
