Downloaded the Firepowerpack/Hammerhead missions from my cerebrus network. I got the 5 Hammerhead missions and they worked fine, but the firepower pack DLC is no where to be seen. I've checked everywhere, armory, ingame private terminal for the emails. But nothing, tried deleteing and reinstalling several times. nothing works. Thanks!

When you booted up the game, did it give you any messages about being unable to authorize the DLC? If so, that could be the problem. Otherwise, the Mattlock Assault Rife, Geth Plasma Shotgun, and Phalanx Heavy Pistol should be available in your weapons locker.

I have the same problem. I'm getting the "unable to authorize" message upon boot-up. After downloading and installing Shadow Broker, my connection to Cerberus became disabled somehow which is, of course, the reason for this situation.
