There's 2 achievements in the game that you get the longer you "don't ever die" being Bloodied (finished origin story without ever dying) and Resilient (finished Ostagar without ever dying).
Does anyone know if there's more achievements like that? If so, what are the other 'milestones' one has to pass without ever dying?

I think Ostagar is the last one. All the achievements are already listed on various websites and there is no achievements for not dying in the whole game.

Nope. There are two more achievements involve not dying.

I got "Indestructible"(golden star) for completing Landsmeet without the main character dying. (I think this here may mean completing the game up to Landsmeet rather than just Landsmeet)

Then I got "I am Kind of a Big Deal"(skull) for completing the entire game without the main character dying.

Also, just a note here. In the Elven forest, there is a Sloth demon who incapacitates most of the party, often including the main character. That does not count as "fallen in battle".

I played on Normal only. Being the tank certainly made not dying easier/stricter, since if I died the whole group usually wipes too.

HA! I KNEW it!
Thanks a bunch for your response GhoXen :D
Now the question is what constitutes as 'dying' - is it a party wipe? Or is it the main char fallen in battle (which is referred to as 'knocked out' through out the game)?
Also, I remember I 'died' and had to reload once in the Sloth Demon's dream in the Mage's Tower (where you you have to save your party members from the Fade) - does this count as 'death'?

Please share more of your knowledge, GhoXen ;p

The achievements do not require you to not die at all in the game, as long as you reload and try again you'll be fine. Yes, by dying here I mean main character knocked down, since a group wipe would require you to reload anyway and clear the dirt mark.

In other words, you will only be ineligible if in some combat your main character fell in battle, and the rest of your companions finished the fight. That will be counted as "fallen in battle", even if you were resurrected during the battle by a spirit healer.

Excellent! Thank you!

Now I know for sure I'm not being overly zealous to reload as soon as I get knocked down in battle. *points at 0 injuries for Siobhan*.

Ah! Two more! Excellent. I have thus far been doing a good job in keeping this Mage of mine alive.

Apparently you can get injuries even without being knocked down. In some battles my main character had to go on a potion-rage to keep himself alive, with his health constantly being smashed down to 25%. At the end of those battles I find him with 3-4 injuries, even though he never fell.

Then again it's just as likely that I had all those injuries for possibly half the game, since I thought I'd be injury-free without falling in battle. So yes, you may want to keep a few injury kits handy in any case. :P

I've actually got an issue with getting "Bloodied" to unlock, I've done what the description says and I've tried it with every origin race possible.

I check just prior to getting my origin trophies and my main character (Or any of my other teammates) so zero injuries so Im assuming that means I did not fall, yes? I mean they didnt die during combat, I made sure of that.

On the same token I DID get the one for Ostagar but "Bloodied" wont unlock, my profile on here oddly enough says I have it but on PSN I do not, is there anything I can do? can I reset my trophies for DA:O and redo it?

I've beaten the game too...59% completion on trophies but if it means I can get 100% later on then I dont mind resetting it all, I just dont know how, I've also e-mailed Bioware and asked under tech support.

That is odd. The achievement should unlock as long as you didn't fall as your main character. (Party members do not matter - My party members fall occasionally, luckily I have managed to keep my Mage alive throughout though)

i got "im kinda a big deal"

but then again i was pretty beast, and i agree with oxhen, If I died, the whole party died, exept for this one time (which I think i died after and had a save before this, which is how i got the achievment) where the whole party but morrigan died, and I had to be quick on my feet and survive against about 3 with her. man everything went my way that time <3
