I was recording the ending of ME2 and editing the video with my software tools... when I stumbled upon this facial expression in a single frame (literally like 1 frame in length) from Shep's "hail mary" leap.

I was surprised at how ... realistic.. the expression is... ME2 does a decent job at some facial animations... but this one (to me anyway) really connotates fear... I see genuine fear in the eyes and facial expression (which is suitable considered the precarious situation she's in).

I just thought it was a nifty little find.. dunno if anyone cares, but it'd be nice if facial animations captured expressions / emotion more often like this.

(Apologies for somewhat poor resolution.. it was a screenshot off a recorded file.. not humanly possible to screen capture this in the game - human reflexes could never be fast enough heh)

Even Shepard can be scared.. But DAMN her expression is like, terrified. Very good.

Found this expression in Project Overlord also quite believable in appearance.... Shep seems genuinely defiant / pissed off here... animators did a good job I think on this one too.

Facial Expressions are indeed much better than in first game... but damn! Shepard is sad in that 1st screenshot.
