So I bought points which are available in boxes. When I tried to redeem code I got message “Unable to redeem code”.
Then I tried to buy points using my credit card but instead I got message “Internal error. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.” I also get the same message when I’m trying to buy DLC. I have no idea what to do now.

I don't know if this problem has been solved for you, but I've had the exact same problem, except for trying to buy points afterward - I got two codes as a birthday present, and one of them was marked as already redeemed. I'd like to get this fixed, I have DLCs in mind!
