[Fiery Phoenix]

I was researching something out of curiosity and stumbled across this article:

It's a two-year-old article, but the information within is totally new and interesting to me. Brought a smile to my face, too.

It appears that that is more of a society issue than a university issue. I figured they were just trying to narrow it down to the university level so the point can be understood more easily. In reality, I think this is applicable on a universal scale, and not just schools. It is even stated as much in the article.

Thoughts?
