You know these neat discussions would all be moot if we could get two more skill points. <_<

You're right, who needs strategy anyway.

For that matter, why have classes. Just give Shepard a slow-motion invisible charge that recharges his tech armor on impact and creates a squadron of combat drones that orbit a singularity.

Well, another 1 skill point to bring all the squadies up to miri/jacob points would actually be good and not kill the game or create a single kill all button for shep...

I was sincere!
And I'm not allowed to keep my panties on anymore anyway. Not since that intervention.

Miranda and Jacob have 31 skill points. That's nice of course, but all you really need are the 30 that squadmates already have now that Lair has enabled squadmate respeccing.

What I would like is remove prerequisite powers from all squadmates. (i.e. Grunt should be able to get incendiary ammo without spending points in Concussive Shot, Jack should be able to get Pull without needing Shockwave etc.)

Having to choose 3 powers to max out of 4 for every loyal squadmate is perfectly reasonable imo. Needing their loyalty to unlock that last point is a tad annoying but not major.

Yep, prerequisites suck donkey 8's Especially since they don't seem to have any relation to what they're unlocking... concussion to unlock overload???

I could understand Pull unlocking throw unlocking singularity/slam/shockwave. Seems like a natural talent progression. But singularity unlocking pull which in turn unlocks shockwave? it's like putting the cart before the horse. Or warp before throw??? what's the logic tree there?

If biotics are about focus, wouldn't it seem likely that a biotic could focus more on pull and throw, before warp or singularity or a combination power like shockwave?

Thane: throw unlocks warp
Adept: Warp unlocks throw
Sentinel: throw unlocks warp
Jack: shockwave unlocks pull
Adept: pull unlocks shockwave
Vanguard: shockwave unlocks pull

Yeah, the unlocks on the classes are something I've never understood. I'm assuming they were intended as a balance measure... but they're just an annoyance.
