 I was wondering if anyone else has this issue but during the conversation with Councilor Anderson and the other councilors there is a lot of flickering pixels around the eyes and the holograms themselves have scattered flickering. My computer is more than capable of handling this game and this is the only instance where this happens is on the presidium office of councilor Anderson. That and during the conversation with Anderson right after Shepard's reinstatement one of the ground team was in towards the screen from afar. Anyone help that would be great?
