Going through ME2 there are a few "Dialogue/choice" moments which are really, really well presented.

My two favorites (off the top of my head) are the Samara/Morinth choice (Standing there with the two biotics and the singularity looking thing between them while they fight/balance each other out...I've seriously just stood there for 10 minutes or so just basking at that whole snapshot)

And the Kasumi DLC "introduction," with Kasumi snuggled up against your chest as you stand there meeting Donovan Hawk...with a gold statue of Saren pointing a gun at his head.  Beautiful moment.

Anyone else?
