I asked EA/Bioware this via the website help, but I wanted to verify with players who have personal experience with this.

I have the Xbox version and most of the DLC, however I've seen how superior the PC version is (especially being moddable with new hairs and such) and so I am wondering if I were to buy the PC version, would I have to rebuy all the DLC, or is it tied to my EA/Dragon Age account?

EA's support said I would need to re-purchase EVERYTHING, as downloads are platform specific.

Anyone that has multiple game versions able to verify this?

DLCs are platform-dependent. They should be purchased separately for each platform on which you want to play them.
