No matter what I did I can't install them. I downloaded them but I can't install them. How can I solve this?

Once downloaded they are automatically installed. Go to Downloadable content and click on the installed content tab. Each item listed should have a tick against them to enable them, unticked is disabled. You then access them from the journal they will be listed as active.

Not at my game cant find them in the downloadable content area anywhere what do is do wrong

On the available content tab click the circular arrow to refresh your points balance the downloads will then start.
