Just as long as we get some solid granite countertops in the kitchen and nice hardwood floors, I'm good with our Hawke's nest (no popcorn ceilings though, please!). A garden would be great too...okay, I really need to cut back on watching HGTV.

And I'm kidding...really! Well, mostly... :P

I'd be happy with a nice little house like Marjolaine's. Except, more in the style of Kirkwall architecture than Denerim.

I haven't even thought of having a housing option but it does sound pretty awesome.

Yeah this should totally be in DA2!

I think I'll be happy with house, or tent, or magical elephant. Just so long as I have a place for personal storage, I'll be content. I have a habit of refusing to sell things that I outgrow just for roleplay purposes. I seriously carried my family sword around the entire game in my pack. That is, only after I forced myself to finally change it before the Landsmeet. I also carried Sten's Sword, and any other character-restricted gear.

If I have a place that is an instant sort of travel to (like Camp was, not the Warden's Peak) with storage, I'm going to be a happy kitty.

As long as it's got storage I'll be happy, because I'm a terrible packrat.

I'd like it if we could decorate it a little bit ala the captain's cabin in ME2 though. I mean it doesn't have to be a Sims level of customization but I liked collecting the little ship models and stuff.

I want to know if we will have a place of our own. We have a party chest in DAO at the peak, but why not give us our own place to call home. If people not in our party go back to thier lives and jobs, why can't we(?)

You will have a place to call your own. More info on that later, probably. Maybe. If we're nice. ;)

Well......are you going to be nice?

This is important to me as well. Mass Effect has the Normandy as Shepard's "home". We need something similar.

If Hawke has a residence I hope it's not too interactive or I'll spend a couple of hours swapping stuff about to make it look cool, until a part of my brain tells me that I'm a grown man playing doll house....

Haha, I sort of got into this as well when playing a NWN module where I brought a house for 100,000 gp; then we had to run around the whole realm to furnish our three bedroom ranch.  Then it took me like two weeks to position everything.  I was totally addicted. Posted ImagePosted Image

It would have been nice in Awakenings to acutally be able to site on my bloody throne in my own throne room.  I also have to agree with other poster's a private bedroom for those special moments. I'm tired of Morrigan charging me rent to use her camp fire area.
