Has anyone found all of the lost lore of for the "history of cad'halash" side quest?  I have found 3 items: 

1 in a chest behind the first hurlock alpha fight and 2 in piles of bones near the last long bridge. 

Are there more or am I just not receiving a completed quest?  Please help.

I think I found them all . . .I remember seeing it in my completed quests . . . . however, don't ask me where . .I don't remember. . . there was one on a stake, I think . . .

I found them all: 1 is in the chest, 2 of them are in the pile of bones, the last one is a scrap of paper on the tip of a spear. If you hold down tab you will find it for sure.
