There are no limits to how high a character can get this round, though once at 0 a character is eliminated. This round will last two weeks from when it begins (Thursday, October 7th).

PHASE TWO: HURT OR HEAL

Characters come into this round with
their totals from the previous round. Each player on the their turn has 4
points to spend. These points can be used to hurt a character on the
list, heal a character, or any combination of the two, as long as the
player spend no more than 4 points. There are no limits to how high a
character can get this round, though once at 0 a character is
eliminated. This round will last two weeks from when it begins
(Thursday, October 7th).
