 PHASE ONE: BUILD UP

All characters on the list start at 20 points. In the first round each player on their turn can spend 4 points to heal characters. There is no hurting in the first round. Those 4 points can go all to 1 character, spread out 1 each to 4 characters, or any range inbetween. Each character can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can be added to them. Phase One will end when 25 characters have reached 40 points.

(You may take a turn once every 6 hours.  Please clean up your posts!)

Those 4 points can go all to 1 character, spread out 1 each to 4 characters, or any range in-between. Each character can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can
be added to them. Phase One will end when 25 characters have reached 40 points.
