All characters on the list start at 20 points. In the first round each player on their turn can spend 4 points to heal characters. There is no hurting in the first round. Those 4 points can go all to 1 character, spread out 1 each to 4 characters, or any range in-between. Each character can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can be added to them. Phase One will end when 25 characters have reached 40 points.

All characters on the list start at 20 points. In the first round each player on their turn can spend 4 points to heal characters. There is no hurting in the first round. Those 4 points can go all to 1 character, spread out 1 each to 4 characters, or any range in-between. Each character can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can be added to them. Phase One will end when 25 characters have reached 40 points.
