Is is possible to reset the romance progress with the console? 

I wanted to have it completed with Ashley, but for some reason I got Liara.  Yes, it's my fault, I was trying to play them both and thought there was supposed to be a point where they confront you to choose one, but that never happened.

When I got to Ilos only Liara approached me so I'm assuming I did something wrong with Ashley.

Any way to reset without having to replay the whole game? thanks

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to do that.

ok, that's what I thought since I couldn't find anything on it by googling, but wanted to check.
