In the first Phase of Battle of the Bands, each player on their turn can spend 4 points to heal a Band. There is no hurting in the first round. This will see that only Bands who prove popular to at least someone get points. Those 4 points can go all to 1 Band, spread out 1 each to 4 Band, or any range in-between. Each Band can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can be added to them. Phase One will end when 12 Bands have reached 40 points.

Any Bands that fails to receive any points during this round will be automatically eliminated and will not move on to Phase 2.

ROUND 1, PHASE 1 BUILD UP

In the first Phase of Battle of the Bands, each player on their turn can spend 4 points to heal a Band. There is no hurting in the first round. This will see that only Bands who prove popular to at least someone get points. Those 4 points can go all to 1 Band, spread out 1 each to 4 Band, or any range in-between. Each Band can only reach a max of 40 points before no more points can be added to them. Phase One will end when 12 Bands have reached 40 points. Any Bands that fails to receive any points during this round will be automatically eliminated and will not move on to Phase 2.

Agreed but I'm biased. As far as I'm aware, this is the only recording of Diz and Pops playing together. So an opportunity for me to see my two all time favorite trumpet players together negates the clip quality. Great stuff.
