I may be MIA this weekend...so if we reach the 12 bands and I haven't changed it to Phase 2 someone please start Phase 2 
You can find the rules for Phase 2 on my OP. Just make sure that all bands that didn't receive any points start Phase 2 as "ELIMINATED". Thanks guys
