Actually, how did people find the Brecilian Forest Revenants for the Juggernaut Armor? I struggled as a mage, running around until my mana recharged
Those were indeed difficult in my first playthrough as a mage. With my 2h warrior or my rogue, not a problem.

I always let the pride demon go (except for once by mistake)so I wouldn't know. Archers are an annoying class to play with; even with melee archer.Elhanan wrote...
Yep; the difficulty does vary upon class and build. My Mage Wardens have a tough fight in the Circle tower with the Desire Demon and charmed Templar, but it is easier with Warriors and Rogues. And Gaxkang is not as tough post-Mana Clash, or with 2H bashing him senseless. But my archers hate that Mass Pull from him and his ilk.

I got a bit of a shock when it was immune to most of my spells, I actually ended up wielding a sword while waiting for mana to recharge and this was before my AW spec.termokanden wrote...

And yes the Archdemon's archenemy is AoE. On normal mode you can take him from through all of phase 2 with one Storm of the Century. Probably takes less to be honest, but I tend to go for overkill if I can
I was very surprised. I cast it and suddenly the fight was almost over. Wasn't too experienced at the game back then, so I expected a lot more.

Lol, I hadn't discovered tactics by then and to be honest on the lower difficulties tactics are sort of obsolete.termokanden wrote...
It is. Just because you can beat it easily using the right tactics, it doesn't mean it's not one of the toughest enemies in the game.

Hmmmm what class did you play? Did you import a character? I find that this battle relies heavily on outside factors.Medieval Man wrote...
Harvester in general with the boss level skeleton's as possibilities makes it my vote. Especially if you play on hard My record is 5 of the hard skeletons and the boss...with just me left alive in the party. You can say I did not live.

I suppose it's also a matter of placement as was said before.
For example in golems of amgarrak in the blue world when all those sentinel mages show up on all four corners surrounding you , if you just stand there and fight them, the battle is nearly impossible.
If you retract and go round the corner and make them come after you and be closer to eachother the battle is still hard but can be won.

Yeah, I heard a lot of people found that hard, and I was dreading it, and then when I was fighting the Harvester I realised that I hadn't even noticed the fight, and treated it like any other. The Battlemage's Swirling Chaos move is great for tight spacesAcharnae wrote...
I didn't find the harvester tough at all (on normal difficulty) and with no other potions than lyrium.

And I don't know if Haven resets after the Landsmeet too, but if it does, has any one ever fought a level 22 High Dragon?
