So, I still haven't gotten my connection issues solved, which sucks. I have however came across another issue, one that is probably going to be insurmountable.  I found out that the Shales Prisoner add-on stuff is 515 MB. I'm on a 26.4k dial-up connection, which means it would take me a week or two to download that.

So, my question is, is there anyway I could go to say..my Sisters house, enter my promotional code down there and download Shales prisoner stuff from this website, or can it only be downloaded through the game? So annoyed right now, It doesn't seem like I'm going to be able to take advantage of ANY of the extra stuff I paid for by buying the collectors edition(Since I still "Can't Establish Contact with Dragon Age servers", and even if I can, I'll never be able to download shale. I"m sure the individual items won't be big, but thats still not all of the stuff I paid for :-(
