The several pages of complaining about the wait says differently.

^The complaining could have been worse... much worse....

Ultimately this dlc was supposed to offer us closure, but we can't even get the right ending so its doing quite the opposite for alot of us. I hope this whole fiasco makes Bioware take more care in the things they create and actually test them... This is proof that they can't rely on a little patch to fix everything.

Sony just confirmed they plan to release the patch to North America region PS3s later today.

I bought Witch Hunt the same day that Lair of the Shadow Broker came out on the 360. I figured that surely the patch for WH would be out soon. Boy was I wrong...

The consoles have a different patch-number sequence.  E.g., the fix for Witch Hunt  (ver 1.1 on a PC) is being delivered as a patch to the previous install for them, rather than as a whole new DLC.  There are no "new" fixes for anybody.

Okay, have PS3. If I download Patch 1.06 can I open my existing Witch Hunt Save (right before I talk with Morrigan), or do I need to reimport and replay Witch Hunt?

Assuming it works the same as the PC version, you can open up your existing save right before talking to her.

lol weird, i just wraped up on dead rising 2 & wanted to check in on DA when i saw a new patch pop up O__o;



I luckily had a save at witch hunt's finale so reloaded it, it does a save when it fineshes now, though i still see a "why did you betray me" option, i didn't click on it though and it was never brought up by morrigan, she acknowledged their kid and that was it.
