Sony just confirmed they plan to release the patch to North America region PS3s later today.
Still chasing MS for the X360 title update - hoping still this week.
Excellent news Fernando. Will be pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition later today then, thanks for all the hard work, and keeping on Sony. Hope our brothers and sisters over on the 360 end get it soon.

Not sure why it still won't allow me to inspect the items after speaking with morrigan; the dalish book and the other surprise.
I believe the other gift which she leaves you is Flemeth's true Grimoire. Whether or not it is translated however (I am sure for the Warden's sake it would be) depends on how each and every one of us looks at it. As far as the Dalish book goes, I am under the impression it is the relic which was stolen by Morrigan herself.

Well that is really cute...I just updated to 1.06 for the PS3 and it did at least show that I completed the "dark ritual," but it doesn't give me the auto save at the end.

I just finished and it autosaved as soon as the conversation was done.
Still can't fathom who would like this, though.

I am so much happier with Witch Hunt now.
Thanks for patching it.
Yes Bioware, NO thanks for doing your job.
Glad to know once I care for DA:O again I can complete my warden' story and then find a new rpg.

Before the patch, Morrigan mentioned I how I had kept the ring. Since the patch, she no longer says it even after selecting everything exactly the same from prior to the patch.
She mentioned the ring post patch for me, course i loaded it up from saving in the nest with the ring stuff having been done already previously

[*]Is it possible that the conversation with Morrigan isn't bugged? Cause it seems that everything went exactly as i wanted and had all the details i expected it to have. Or am i missing smthing?Victor Wachter wrote...
Witch Hunt version 1.1 is now available for the PC. This updated version contains the following changes:
- When importing from a post-game save, your conversation with Morrigan in the Witch Hunt module will properly reflect the choices you made in Dragon Age Origin's "Dark Ritual" plot.
- The game will automatically save after Witch Hunt's final cutscene.
This new version can be downloaded from your Entitlements page on the Dragon Age social site (http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php).
To install Witch Hunt version 1.1:
- Log in to your Entitlements page on the Dragon Age social site (http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php) using the same account you used to purchase Witch Hunt.
- Find Witch Hunt in the list of Titles and click the More Info link for your platform.
- Right click on the download link and select "Save Target As", or the equivalent in your browser. Save the .dazip file to your computer. If your browser tries to rename it to a .zip file, rename it back to .dazip
after download.- Find the daupdater.exe application. It is
usually located under \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\bin_ship in your Dragon Age folder (for example
C:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\bin_ship\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\daupdater.exe). Double click on it to open it.- Click on "Select DAZIPs". Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.
- Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab. Select it on the list and click "Install Selected."
- Once the installation is complete, you can return to your Witch Hunt playthrough wherever you left off. Morrigan will now respond correctly to your choices in the Dark Ritual plot and a savegame file will automatically be created at the module's end.
We are also working on a stand-alone installer, which can be used to install the update from Windows without using the DAUpdater utility. We will let you know when this install method is available.
Thank you for playing Dragon Age: Origins and the Witch Hunt DLC Add-on!
UPDATE: 9/27/2010
A new installer has been released to simply the patch process for the Witch Hunt DLC. The patch installer can be downloaded from http://social.biowar...page/da-patches
This file is a standalone installer for the PC version of the Witch Hunt update. To install the Witch Hunt patch, download the file to your desktop, or another folder on your computer which you can easily find. Locate the executable DAO_WitchHunt.exe and double click it to run. Follow the onscreen menu to install the patch.

No you're just lucky like one of my characters. Everyone else had the bug though.
Huh, few...! Cause i would be bored to hell to replay the hole thing again. Well lucky me... Oh and about the aftersave thing??? When you see the final scene of the story you can repeatedly press qucksave and it will save before the credits. Lol and 1 month ago when i finished i thought that was the solution...

I can't peacefully go back to finishing my ME2 playthroughs before Witch Hunt is done... curse you Microsoft!!!!
Funny. The wait is exactly what drove me back to ME 1&2. DA:O on the other hand, I refuse to touch until it gets patched for the XBOX360. And this is bearing in mind that next week New vegas comes out, and Fable 3 a week after that.
